One of my AI rants: AI products from big manufacturers are for the public, while AI products from small teams are for enthusiasts.

Looking back on the AI products I use in 2025, they will generally fall into two categories: One is products built by big manufacturers, such as GPT, Gemini, NotebookLM, ClaudeCode.

The other is AI products from small teams: Manus, Lovart, Youmind, Cursor, Mowen (a creative WeChat applet) However, ClaudeCode is quite an exception.

It looks like the work of a small team and is very flexible.

It may be used in large companies like Anthropic.

The Ministry has already carried out some kind of organizational structure reform for AI Native.
