What type of music is suitable for listening to when using codex immersively?

This is the advice Codex gave me: Listen to music that has “low semantics, weak interruptions, and does not grab attention for a long time.” The core principle is not whether it sounds good or not, but don’t take away your language system and working memory.
The most stable categories: - ambient / drone / space ambient is suitable for writing code, reading documents, and advancing for a long time.
It has a low sense of presence and is least likely to draw attention away.
- minimal techno / dub techno / deep house are suitable for high-intensity continuous operation, and the rhythm can support the state, but don't choose one with a lot of vocals.
- lo-fi / jazzhop is suitable for low- to medium-intensity work and is easy to enter the "smooth mode", but sometimes it will appear too soft after listening for a long time.
- classical / neo-classical / piano is suitable for writing, structuring, and reviewing, especially for highly repetitive instruments such as Baroque and minimalist piano.
- Game / film soundtrack is suitable for immersion promotion, but the premise is not to choose one with too high a melody recognition and too high emotional fluctuations.
- brown noise / rain / cafe ambience If you are easily distracted by music, this type of ambient sound is often more effective than music.
Not very recommended: - Chinese pop, rap, podcasts - strong lyrics, strong vocals, strong emotional ups and downs - songs you "like too much" because you will start listening to them instead of continuing to write.

The most practical experience: having lyrics = basically reduces efficiency; having familiar melody = easily distracted; Stable repetition = best for long codex.
I divide it into coding during the day/writing at night/high-intensity sprints/low-noise focus.
Coding during the day is suitable for getting into work, continuing to write code, and not wanting to be too depressed.
